If the error message says "The processor could not find the security code", it is probably the CVV you entered.

 


When will my payment be in your account?


If you pay by credit card, the payment will be credited to our account shortly after payment is completed.

How can I choose my payment method?


Please order directly, then proceed. Once on the payment page, you will see that the payment method is displayed on this page, then you can choose the one you want.

 

I was charged several times for an order. What happened ?

 

 

If your bank statement shows multiple charges for the same order, check your email to see how many order confirmations you received.

If you only received one confirmation, chances are that only one of the invoiced orders was fulfilled. Other charges shown on your bank statement will disappear within two to three business days. If you continue to see these double charges, please email us.

 

If you have not received confirmation, it is likely that none of the invoiced orders have been placed. Try placing the order again and make sure all billing and shipping information is correct.
