Refund and return policy

Shipping and delivery times

 

 

A maximum period of 72 hours after the registration of the order may be necessary for the dispatch of the order. The product ordered will be shipped by our usual carrier. Please note, however, that our delivery times may be longer due to the current situation outside our sphere of influence.

If the customer wishes to return the product:

 

The customer must indicate the reason for his return, the reference of the article and the number of his order. In any event, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from delivery to request the exchange or refund of all or part of his order. Buyer's right to a refund or exchange only applies to items returned in their original packaging. Also, unpackaged and used items are non-refundable.

 

In the case of a request for reimbursement of an article having benefited from free or reduced shipping costs, the shipping costs at the current price will be deducted from the amount of the refund. RETURN STATUS


• If your return is accepted, the refund will be made automatically to the payment method used when ordering, within a maximum period of 7 days after receipt of your return by our team. In the case of an exchange, it may take up to 10 working days from the date our team receives your return for your new pair to be dispatched.

 

• If your return is refused, you will be informed by email or telephone within a maximum period of 7 days after receipt of your return by our team. You then have the option of having your product returned to the address of your choice at your expense.
