Refund and return policy

Restocking Fees

You will not be charged a restocking fee. All costs associated with returning your items are fully covered by us, at no additional cost to you.

Return Fees

We cover all return shipping costs. You will not have to pay anything if you wish to return a product.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted for all products, whether defective or not.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, even if it has been opened and resealed.

  • You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

How to Return a Product?

  2. We will send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

  3. Print the return label and follow the steps provided to return the item.

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Exchanges

To exchange a product (change of size or model):

  1. Follow the same return steps as mentioned above.

  2. Once the package is received, we will ship the desired product to the address used in your initial order.
